School Mental Health Counselor or Senior Counselor

Provide a full continuum of mental health services including clinical assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention to students in baltimore city schools. Collaborate with educators and caregivers to promote student mental health and success through evidence-Based practices and school-Wide prevention activities.

Requires a master's degree in social work or psychology and appropriate licensure in the state of maryland (Lmsw, lgpc, lcpc, or lcsw-C). Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of children's mental health best practices and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary school-Based team.
