Pre-Kindergarten 4K Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for designing and implementing age-Appropriate curriculum while managing all aspects of classroom instruction and assessment. They must also build strong relationships with families and ensure compliance with all licensing and program requirements.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood or elementary education and possess a valid dpi certification. Experience in classroom leadership and familiarity with wisconsin licensing and best practices are required.
