Bilingual Health Promoter - Hispanic Health Resource Center - Full-Time

The bilingual health promoter will implement evidence-Based programs focusing on nutrition, physical activity, and chronic disease management within the hispanic community. Duties also involve providing support through advocacy services, care management, and facilitating health presentations for various age groups.

Candidates must be fluent (100%) in both spanish and english, both orally and in writing, and possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related health field. A minimum of two years of community setting experience, familiarity with uninsured/Under-Insured populations, and strong organizational skills are required.
