1st and 2nd Grade Associate Teachers

Associate teachers collaborate with head teachers to plan and lead lessons, assess student needs, and manage daily classroom operations. They also participate in professional development, attend school meetings, and supervise student activities like lunch and recess.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and are strongly preferred to be enrolled in or pursuing an advanced degree in elementary or early education. Previous experience with lower school students and strong communication and organizational skills are also highly desired.
