The behavior technician delivers direct 1
1 aba interventions to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors under the supervision of a bcba. They are also responsible for collecting data, documenting client records, and supporting parent training initiatives.
Requirements summary
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience working with children and ideally possess or be pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
