Behavior Technician (Part-Time)

Behavior technicians will work directly with clients, delivering intensive, high-Quality aba interventions under the supervision of behavior analysts who develop the treatment plans. Responsibilities include implementing treatment, supporting caregiver training, collecting data, and documenting client records to monitor progress.

Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and are preferred to have obtained or be pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
