The chaplain resident will plan, develop, and implement programs to meet the spiritual needs of patients and families across the care continuum. They will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary medical team to provide compassionate, person-Centered care.

Requirements summary

Candidates must hold a master's degree in theology, religion, or spiritual care and have completed one unit of clinical pastoral education (Cpe). Ordination or commission eligibility and faith group endorsement are also required.
