The teacher is responsible for preparing and delivering lesson plans that differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. They must also manage classroom behavior, maintain student progress records, and collaborate with families and colleagues to support academic and social-Emotional growth.

Candidates must hold an active and current state of ohio teaching license and a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. The role requires the ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks and experience working within an urban environment.
