PreK Teacher Assistant Substitute

The pre-K teacher assistant supports the classroom teacher in supervising children, facilitating instruction, and maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities include implementing daily schedules, managing classroom behavior, and assisting with administrative tasks like progress notes and room organization.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and possess a cda, be enrolled in a cda program, or have completed a ride-Approved teacher assistant training program. Additionally, 12 credit hours of early childhood coursework or equivalent experience is required.
