Home Base Educator (Kerman/ West County)

The home base educator provides direct services to families by facilitating child development, conducting home visits, and implementing curriculum. They also manage family engagement, perform medical screenings, and maintain accurate records in compliance with head start standards.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree in child development or early childhood education with at least 30 college units in the field. A valid california driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks and health screenings are mandatory.
