Core responsibilities
As a bcaba, you will provide supervision and guidance to aba technicians, develop tailored skill acquisition programs, and monitor behavior plans to support each child's unique needs. You will also conduct assessments and maintain documentation of progress and goals.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have current certification as a bcaba and possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing clinical staff and mentoring is also required.
