Job Coach - SWE

The job coach will work alongside youth participants to help them meet employer expectations and develop workplace skills. They are also responsible for providing ongoing training, addressing performance challenges, and maintaining accurate documentation of participant progress.

A high school diploma and experience in social services are required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and first aid/Cpr certification are also preferred.
