Job Coach - SWE

The job coach supports youth with disabilities by working alongside them at job sites to ensure they meet employer expectations and develop workplace skills. They also provide ongoing training, address performance challenges, and maintain necessary documentation regarding participant progress.

A high school diploma and experience in social services are required, while an associate or bachelor degree is preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and first aid/Cpr certification are also preferred.
