Job Coach - SWE

The job coach will work alongside youth participants to provide training, ensure employer expectations are met, and address performance challenges. They are also responsible for maintaining documentation, reporting progress to case managers, and fostering natural supports in the workplace.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and experience in social services, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and first aid/Cpr certification are also preferred.
