Camper Support Specialist - Day Camp

The camper support specialist coordinates care plans for campers with social-Emotional or behavioral needs and provides coaching to camp staff. They also act as an on-Call resource for behavioral issues and maintain detailed records of support provided.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with at least 2 years of relevant experience working with youth aged 5-17. A background in social work, psychology, counseling, or therapy is preferred, along with certifications in first aid, cpr, and youth mental health first aid.
