The behavior technician implements behavior support plans and provides aba-Based instruction to promote new skill development. They are also responsible for monitoring client behavior, collecting data, and reporting findings to the supervising bcba.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged with 24 months of experience, or an associate degree with 12 months of experience, or an rbt certification. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable access to a vehicle.
