Academic Liaison

The primary role is to serve as a bridge between scholars and teachers, developing and implementing supportive structures during study blocks and core content classes to foster scholar success. Responsibilities include supervising productive study time, supporting executive functioning needs, collaborating with content teachers, and ensuring a positive, achievement-Oriented school culture.

Candidates must possess a ba/Bs in a related field like youth development or education, with a preference for dese licensure, and must align with the school's mission. Required experience includes working with youth in an urban or school setting, demonstrating strong critical thinking, data analysis skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-Paced, collaborative environment.
