The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight for home and clinic-based treatment programs for children with autism and developmental delays. Responsibilities include conducting formal assessments, writing treatment plans, and training behavior therapists.
Candidates must hold a professional license such as BCBA, LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC. Extensive experience in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming for children is required.

Salary: $75,000- $90,000 Annually

The Groden Center's Community and Home Therapeutic Services (CHTS) department is hiring a full-time or part-time independently licensed clinician to work with children in our Home Based Therapeutic Services and PASS programs. Our clients are diagnosed with autism and/or have special learning needs. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be part of our team of experienced and creative professionals, providing clinical oversight and supervision of home and clinic-based treatment programs for children of all ages starting as young as 2 years old.
