Staff Development Coordinator, RN

The nurse educator is responsible for orienting and educating nursing personnel to ensure safe and effective care in compliance with federal and state guidelines. They also oversee the employee health program and monitor staff performance through competency testing and clinical evaluations.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current rn license. At least two years of clinical experience in long-Term care and one year of experience as an educator are preferred.
