The Lead Teacher is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of children while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum based on NAEYC standards. They will also partner with families to provide a nurturing environment and communicate effectively regarding each child's progress.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a CDA credential, or a Bachelor's degree in any field. One year of experience in a licensed child care facility is preferred, along with strong organizational and customer service skills.
