Afterschool Lead Teacher - Kids' Club

The lead teacher is responsible for creating a positive educational climate by developing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans for students. They also provide direct supervision, ensure student safety, and maintain nurturing relationships with children in the afterschool program.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of childcare experience and some early childhood education (Ece) units or equivalent coursework. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required for this role.
