They are responsible for cultivating employer relationships, conducting job readiness workshops, and maintaining accurate data for program compliance.

A bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychology or sociology is preferred, along with one to three years of experience in vocational counseling or job development. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in microsoft office, and reliable transportation.
