Employment Specialist - Heights

The employment specialist provides intensive career counseling, case management, and job search assistance to program participants. They are responsible for monitoring participant progress, maintaining accurate data records, and facilitating employment readiness workshops.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in workforce development or human services. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in microsoft office and strong communication skills.
