Position Summary

In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a fun, nurturing setting.

Provide direct ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress Follow behavior intervention plans with consistency and care Collaborate with families and therapy team members Create a positive, encouraging environment for each child Support skill development through structured activities and play
