Position Summary
The Pediatric Therapy Technician supports licensed therapists by assisting with the delivery of therapy services to pediatric clients under direct supervision. This role helps prepare treatment areas, facilitate therapy activities, maintain a safe and engaging environment, and support daily clinic operations. The Therapy Technician plays an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of therapy sessions while promoting positive experiences for children and families and adhering to organizational policies and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist licensed therapists during therapy sessions by preparing materials and supporting therapeutic activities under supervision Set up, clean, and maintain therapy spaces, equipment, and materials Support child safety and supervision during therapy sessions and transitions Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly therapy environment Adhere to all health, safety, confidentiality, and organizational policies Provide positive, professional interactions with children, families, and staff
Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children in a childcare, educational, or healthcare setting (preferred but not required) Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of licensed therapists Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic organizational skills and attention to detail Coursework or interest in healthcare, child development, psychology, or related fields Experience in a pediatric therapy or clinical environment CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
