SPA 8 Child Family Specialist I - Spanish speaking preferred

The child & family specialist provides direct services to children and families by implementing strategies developed during team meetings to support stability and goal achievement. They are responsible for ongoing service plan development, crisis response, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with clinical staff and community partners.

Candidates must possess either a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with one year of experience or a high school diploma/Ged with three years of experience working with high-Risk youth. Strong communication, time-Management, and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse populations.
