Higher sites mentor coach

Provide ongoing case management and support to approximately 50-60 college and high school participants through regular contacts, monitoring academic progress, and assisting with college navigation, financial aid, and postsecondary planning. Responsibilities also include recruiting eligible students, designing and facilitating relevant workshops, and connecting families to community resources.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in mentoring, coaching, or case managing students, along with 1-3 years in recruiting or outreach. Strong knowledge of college persistence milestones and high school readiness timelines, excellent communication skills, and access to reliable transportation are essential.
