Inclusion Specialist/Aide | Summer Camp

The inclusion specialist provides emotional and behavioral support to campers with additional needs, including 1-On-1 assistance and sensory room management. They also collaborate with leadership to develop behavior plans and model inclusive strategies for camp counselors.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience working with children with behavioral needs and children in grades k-5. The role requires the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform tasks like sitting on the floor or aiding with toilet needs.
