- We are hiring Group Leaders for our Before and After School Programs at elementary school locations in Concord, NH and surrounding towns.
- We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring individuals who can foster a safe and engaging enrichment environment in a licensed youth program.
- Afterschool Leaders run recreational activities, support study habits, implement enrichment activities and act as role models for youth in our programs.

Position Details
Flexible scheduling available within Monday–Friday shifts: 6:45–8:30 AM and/or 2:00–6:00 PM Work available at Concord and nearby elementary schools (e.g., Boscawen, Beaver Meadow, Webster, Loudon, and at the Concord YMCA) Preferred ability to work across multiple school sites based on program needs Additional hours available during school vacations and no-school days Group Leader Pay: $15–$18/hour
Qualifications
A passion for working with children and youth Must meet NH Child Care Licensing requirements: A minimum of 600 verifiable hours working with youth OR at least 3 college credits in Education, Human Growth & Development, or a related field Background check and fingerprinting required upon offer
