YMCA KIPP DC Group Leader – School Age Child Care

Group leaders assist the site director with daily program operations and deliver engaging activities that align with the ymca school age curriculum. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, managing behavior, and communicating effectively with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to obtain a child development associate (Cda) credential. Applicants must also be able to pass background screenings and possess or be willing to obtain cpr and first aid certification.
