YMCA Reston - P/T Child Watch Attendant

The child watch attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, playful, and engaging environment for children while under their supervision. They must actively interact with children, plan activities, and ensure the well-Being of all participants at all times.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess the ability to pass a criminal background check. Experience in child watch is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift 35 pounds and engage in active play.
