YMCA Loudoun - Middleburg Elementary - Senior Group Leader

The senior group leader is responsible for leading and supervising engaging activities for pre-K and kindergarten students while designing developmentally appropriate lesson plans. They also provide mentorship to other staff members and ensure a safe, positive environment for all children.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working with children ages 3-6 in an educational or licensed setting. A high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for those holding a cda or early childhood coursework.
