Registered Behavior Technician Trainer - Van Buren

The rbt trainer will implement aba treatment plans and interventions while providing direct supervision and support to children with special needs. Additionally, they are responsible for training, onboarding, and coaching new behavior technician team members.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a behavior technician is required, along with the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
