The Programming Assistant will help the Program Director create, schedule, and implement daily activities for senior residents. They are also responsible for fostering meaningful relationships with residents and families while coordinating entertainment and outings.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with elderly or Alzheimer's populations. An associate or bachelor degree in a related field such as Therapeutic Recreation, Education, or Social Work is preferred.
