Teacher Aide - Child Care

The teacher aide assists the lead teacher in providing a developmentally appropriate program and maintaining a safe, healthy environment for children. They are responsible for fostering positive relationships with children and families while guiding behavior in a constructive manner.

The role requires one year of work experience with small children, which is preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and squatting while moving objects.
