The career navigator facilitates career coaching, vocational guidance, and financial support to help employees and clients achieve their employment goals. They are responsible for creating individualized service plans, maintaining community partnerships, and ensuring all client documentation complies with state and federal guidelines.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least three years of related experience or training in employment or vocational rehabilitation. Proficiency in microsoft office and strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required to perform the essential duties of the role.
