Elementary Instructional Aide

The instructional aide provides direct academic and behavioral support to students, including those with ieps, within general education and small group settings. They also assist with classroom organization, data collection, and student supervision during transitions and unstructured times.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree or higher preferred. Experience working with children in a school setting and familiarity with pbis frameworks are also preferred.
