Resident. Instructor

The resident instructor is responsible for creating a nurturing environment, implementing individual care plans, and facilitating daily living skills for clients with developmental disabilities. They must also monitor medical and behavioral changes, administer medication, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the residential environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with at least two years of experience in human services preferred. A valid driver's license, the ability to lift 70-75 lbs, and the capacity to perform active work are required.
