Resident. Instructor

The resident instructor provides direct support to clients by implementing individual care plans, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring medical and behavioral progress. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe, clean home environment and facilitating community-Based outings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with at least two years of experience in human services preferred. A valid ct driver's license, the ability to lift 70-75 lbs, and the capacity to perform active work are required.
