Resident. Instructor

The resident instructor creates a nurturing learning environment and implements individual care plans to support clients with daily living, social, and emotional needs. They are responsible for monitoring medical and behavioral changes, administering medication, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the residential environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with at least two years of experience in human services preferred. A valid driver's license, the ability to lift 70-75 lbs, and the capacity to perform active work are mandatory.
