Description St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School is seeking compassionate, dedicated educators to join our RISE (Reaching Individual Success and Excellence) Program, which provides specialized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support for students in 1st-8th grade. Ideal candidates have a love for children and the ability to inspire young minds in a Christ-centered environment.
Educators in the RISE Program work to design and implement individualized interventions that help students grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized and small-group lesson plans aligned with student goals, school-wide standards, and developmental needs. ?
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction using evidence-based practices and multisensory methods. ?
- Support students with diverse learning profiles, including those with learning differences, behavioral needs, or emerging skills in executive functioning. ?
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust instruction or interventions as needed. ?
- Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment that reflects our Catholic values and supports positive behavior. ?
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and trainings related to intervention, specialized instruction, and student support. ?
- Model and promote virtues, character formation, and the values of our Christ-centered community.
Requirements

Preferred
