The advisor will develop one-On-One relationships with 50-70 scholars and their families to support individual needs, collaborating with school staff to develop support strategies using a restorative approach. Responsibilities also include teaching social-Emotional classes and supporting the safe and efficient operation of after-School, saturday, and summer programming.

Requirements summary

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to educational access and possess experience working with sixth to ninth-Grade students in an educational or out-Of-School time setting, along with strong relationship-Building and team skills. A bachelor's degree is required, and at least one year of experience in an education program or school setting is preferred, with a mandatory two-Year commitment.
