Youth development professional - Teen program

The youth development professional plans, implements, and supervises engaging activities for teens while fostering a safe and supportive environment. They are responsible for mentoring youth, managing program logistics, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the club facility.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of relevant work experience. Applicants are required to pass a level 2 background screening and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
