What We’re Looking For

Experience working with toddlers (ages 2–3) in a licensed childcare or preschool setting A genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood education Patient, nurturing, and attentive personality Strong communication skills with both children and parents Ability to create and implement fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and structured classroom

Responsibilities
