- Position Overview: As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in implementing evidence-based ABA programs designed to help children develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.
- You will work closely under BCBA supervision while building strong relationships with both clients and families.
- Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized ABA therapy programs across home, school, and/or center-based settings Collect detailed, accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours Maintain high fidelity to Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and clinical protocols Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and communicate effectively with families regarding progress and observations Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing clinical support, including 7-day and 30-day check-ins
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with families and team members A patient, adaptable, and thoughtful approach to working with children Genuine commitment to the field of ABA and the autism community
