Recruiter

The recruiter manages the full-Cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across the organization. They partner with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a high-Quality candidate experience.

Candidates must have at least 4 years of progressive full-Cycle recruitment experience and proficiency with applicant tracking systems. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
