Group Supervisor

The group supervisor facilitates structured groups and recreational activities to help youth develop life skills and address criminogenic needs. They also monitor youth progress, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality services.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree in human services preferred. Experience working with youth in residential, child welfare, or juvenile justice settings is required.
