Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The program supervisor oversees client treatment from assessment through care delivery, including developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. They also provide clinical leadership by supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with families and schools to ensure effective intervention.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in aba or a related field and possess an active board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. Strong organizational skills, experience working with diverse age groups, and the ability to pass a level ii background check are required.
