Individual aide

The individual aide provides support to students with special needs by assisting with instruction, behavior management, and daily care routines. They also maintain accurate records of student progress and collaborate with school personnel to implement iep objectives.

Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and repositioning students while maintaining a professional and confidential demeanor. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential for this role.
