Summer Camp Counselor

The counselor is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and positive atmosphere for campers while leading group activities and educational programs. They must maintain professional communication with parents and ensure all ymca safety policies are consistently applied.

Candidates must be at least 17 years old and possess a strong commitment to the ymca mission and youth development. Previous experience in camp or group work is preferred, along with the ability to lead activities and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
